Door Speaker Template

  You can put larger speakers in the doors of the Impala SS/Caprice

WITHOUT CUTTING any metal!  All you need is the correct size spacer.

Any decent Car Audio Shop will be able to knock these out in no time.

Spacers should be made out of 1/2" plywood or particle board.

These pictures should take the mystery out of the process.  The pictures

are of 6 1/2" and 1" Boston Acoustics RC61 Separates.  The template

is the same for left and right doors.  The first picture shows the

dimensions of the template.
