Use prybar to
press cover in and remove the retaining ring.

Pull cover out
to expose O-ring.
Pull on O-ring
to remove cover.

designates Corvette servo. This one was factory.
2nd piston disassembly,
removing snap ring.

2nd piston springs:
Left: Stock reused.
Middle: Transgo spring.
Right: Stock, not used.
Install new o-rings and lube with vaseline.
Reassemble in reverse order.
Be sure to follow Transgo instructions on shimming the servo. We used 1.
