Defintely the 467.
It will be more pump-gas friendly and will give up little-to-no bottom end in a 396 with that healthy CR.
The 466 is too small for that CR in a stroker. It's more suited to a 350/355 with stock-to-mild compression.

So..........I guess he needs to verify if that's what HIS engine is being built to.
