Are there any other brake set ups partial, or full that are interchangable from gm for my 1995 impala ss?

Welcome to the forum..

Where r u located?

I am sure someone will hook you up, but open up a little.
Personally I would hit a junk yard.
Plus we need to know which side, they might be different?

I am located in pgh,.
I want to replace my front brakes in their entirety ( calipers, brackets, rotors, even spindles if neccesary) with a more common, much more available brake set up, like maybe off of a silverado or corvette or even a non gm vehicle .... pretty much anything that still has replacement parts available. You cannot even buy front brake caliper brackets for these cars, if you strip it out your screwed like me lol

I'm pretty sure there is no front brake caliper brackets. There are abutments on the rear, but not the front.

You can't buy front brake caliper brackets for the B-body because it never used them.

The KNUCKLE (part #17) serves as the "caliper bracket" in the earlier design used on these cars.

Take a look at KORE3 or TCE for some options as far as more contemporary technology that has the ability to be fitted to the B-body.

You cannot just take truck or Corvette brakes and bolt them up to the B-body without doing some modifications.

The knuckle (where you now have stripped-out caliper bolt threads) can be replaced--GM PN 18021052 & 18021053.

The aftermarket also offers caliper bolts that are intended to cut new threads at a slightly larger diameter:

13890 4-3/8" long

13891 4-1/8" long

Wilwood makes a 2 piston front caliper setup that fits the stock bracket and rotors.
I have been more that happy with them.
Summit Racing I believe is where I got them.

I do remember that they do not have the brake hose for the B body calipers.
I had to buy the caliper bolt and slightly drill it out to get it to fit the after market
caliper.
