replaced rear turn signal bulbs and now they dont blink........
so i replaced the rear turn signal bulbs in my 96 caprice with LED bulbs. now my front turn signals will come on when i hit the blinker but not blink and i see no change in my rears when i hit the blinker or hit the brakes. any suggestions??? blown fuse?? i have no idea. where is the fuse location for the turn signals?
Typical problem with LED's, you need to install a "no Load" flasher for them to work. Typical flashers are thermal flashers and require a load to make the internals work, if you don't have the resistance of the bulbs there it won't work. I do believe this one will work for you but can't be certain http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/web...S_612665743___

ok Im having a brain fart cause its late but heres what I remember when I just had the rears changed to leds.
I only ran that for a week or two before changing everything to led which opened more cans of worms but thats another story.
the led flasher that fits a b body is the grote 44891, two terminal with a third wire that is attached to ground.
under the fuse box where the flashers are there is a predrilled hole perfect for ground using a sheet metal screw.
napa sells them, not sure if az does.
I believe I used one led flasher for the turn signals and one of the leftover stock flashers for the four ways.
the two stock flashers are different from each other because of more amp draw with the four ways so try each of them to see which one works.
hope this helps
