Emissions failed OBD fail

Hi guys, 96 SS, OBD connector integrity = fail, MIL status = no voltage...fail, MIL light comes on when key is in on position. Car is running fine as always, I'm just guessing right now ..is this a blown fuse, or a bad wire at the connector? I thought I saw someone here say that power for the plug was on the same circuit as the cig. lighter? I am going to bed now as I've been up since 2:30 yesterday afternoon and went to the test after my 12hr night shift, I'll check back in when I get up and see what you think. I'll also try my code reader to see if I get a link failure on that. TIA.

Gregg

if it is the cig fuse and after fixing it you can hook up with your scanner, do not clear any inactive codes or disconnect the battery if there are no active codes.

if you do, the pcm monitors will reset which means you have to drive it for a couple days at least before you can get it resmogged.

96s are allowed two monitors to be flagged, inactive codes will not fail a smog.

Ok, scan too reads nothing, zip, nada, it's just blank KOEO or KOERunning doesn't matter.. The cig. lighter fuse looks good. But I'll check it with my meter in the AM, but it looks fine to the naked eye.
