Amp wiring adapter for stock radio w/pre out

Would like to add a small 4 channel class D amp to the stock radio that is being refurbished with aux input and RCA outputs. Specifically trying to find a wire harness where I don't need to cut the stock wiring.

I'm looking to use a small class D amp that won't draw a lot of power and can be installed behind the dash using the existing speaker wiring.

The speakers are infinity kappa's 6x9" rear and 6.5" door... would like a little more power, but not looking to cut up the harness or run a lot of wiring if possible.

Also anyone have a recommendation on a small 4 channel class D amp?

The stock speaker wires are 20 gauge. This is a little thicker than a good headphone wire. There will be a lot of power loss in the factory speaker wire.

You are going to connect your amp to the rca jacks so why mess with the factory harness? Just add new 14 gauge between the amp and the speakers. Tape off the factory speaker wires and be done with your upgrade. 12 gauge to the rear if you want the best.

A factory radio and wiring is going to be very stressed by your 2 Ohm speakers. The infinity kappa's are less efficient than the stock factory speakers. Combine this with their lower resistance(2 Ohm) and your volume knob will be set much higher to get sound out.

The Amp is a good way around this problem. I only think of class D as a bass amp. The distortion is usually high on class D. Other forum members may prove me wrong but I think you would be happier with a regular amp for full range four channel.
