Been there, done that recently and it took a little while to find but I was hunting a certain color that I could just bolt on and "live with". > Be sure to check your local craigslist site and see if you can find something local. You may get lucky and thats where I found both my hood and fender. Of course local JYs are a good source if you can settle on any color.
Your best bet is to stay with a used GM part for fit and quality over a Aftemarket Fender....IMHO. Worst case, you could consider an aftermarket fender and some companies even offer them painted in the factory color. One thing to keep in mind with the AM part, I don't believe they include the Inner Brace so this would need to be unbolted and attached to your new fender shell.
I checked my local JY today and all I saw was twisted metal and rot. I was thinking about the aftermarket route but never had much luck with aftermarket body panels. I think I am going to have to have some patience on this one.
I will let you know after the weekend if I still need it. I might have a lead one a gold one.
