Smile WTB - Langness Spoiler & Ram Air Hood

Looking for a Langness spoiler or a functional ram air hood.
Color is not important.
I understand these are large items, and shipping will be an issue.
Especially getting it here without damage.
I am close to Clearwater/Tampa, FL.
Fingers crossed its someone near me.

I have a Langness spoiler that I bought about 5 years ago that is still in the box. Looks like health issues are going prevent that piece from ever residing on my ride so I'd love to see it move on to someone that can use it. I believe I paid $300 for it and seems like shipping was something like $75-$80 or so. LMK if you're interested.

Did those come with just a gel coat finish? Or has it been painted and ready to install?
I am interested, mainly because it is NOS.

Appears to be a white gelcoat finish. I pulled it out of the box and took a couple of pics. The surface feels very slightly rough, kind of like dry spray feel. Looks like it is ready for a very light sanding with maybe 400 or 600 grit, then a coat of primer, a final sanding and then your top coat(s). I've attached those pics here.

I seem to remember something about Travis allowing for a sand-to-fit surface at the decklid, if necessary, for those cases where the compound contours have changed over time on the decklid itself.

This is a first class piece of work. In my opinion, it is exactly what Chevrolet should have done in the first place.

Like Mechanic396, mine is still sitting in the box from the day I got mine. It WILL go on MY car at some point.

Anyway, if you can't find one here, did you try to reach out directly to the guy that makes them? he may have them or see about starting up another GP with him....that's how I got mine.

Here are the install instructions someone posted up on GP Thread if you're interested. That Post is also from the GP thread and you will find LAngness contact info there. He has not been online here for a few years though.....
