Good news... just had my xray and appt with dr. Casey. He said its healing well with no displacement. Advised me that I can transition to 50% weight bearing to no crutches as i feel comfortable. Follow up xray will be 6 more weeks and he hopes to clear me 100% at that time.

Not So Fast There Sparky -

You sound mighty happy to get back to herding all those crazies inhabiting the planet. My spreadsheet shows you're at least 4 months behind your ticket quota.

There is an acronym for those who don't generate paperwork- SLAP

Idk what that stands for...

And I handle the juvenile sexual assaults for my dept... somehow, seems more important than writting traffic tickets.

It's got to be [something] Lousy At Paperwork. Splendidly? Suspiciously? Sardonically?

Hey popo- value-added your work is. And I'm almost certain everyone knows you're referring to jurisdiction, not your office. hahaha

Lol... yes... definitely jurisdiction.

Unfortunately even in a small dept like mine I deal with nearly 1 juvenile sexual assault allegation every 2 to 3 weeks on average...

My most recent recognition from prior to my crash...

Haha, of course that work is more important than revenue generation.

SLAP- Sorry Lazy Ass Police.

Being involved in sexual assault stuff is serious business (not that it's any less or more important than any other crime), that's the kind of stuff I'd hate to work so hats off to you for it.
