So when i get new headers I plan on deleting the egr with block off plates. Dont have the right tools to make my own plates so i was going to just buy some.
Is this all i need? Idk what the small plate with one hole is for though?

Also when i delete the egr and add headers do i need to re-tune my PCM?

The small one is for the hose that goes to the exhaust manifold on the passenger side. I added headers and didn't get the EGR tuned out yet, runs fine - Although it will throw a CEL which comes up as EGR circuit malfunction or something along those lines. I don't believe it will affect anything.

Cool so i dont really need the small one because im putting on headers that dont have an egr hook up.

Correct, you do NOT need the single hole plate if the headers do NOT have the EGR fitting. I can do the 2 piece kit for $20 delivered. A little more than the aluminum, but ours are made of laser cut 316 stainless steel and are an absolutely perfect fit to the factory parts.
Here's a picture.

No gaskets. The smaller of the two (2 hole plates) does not need any sealant at all as the channel through the back of the intake manifold will be sealed by the larger, EGR, plate. For that, use a bead of silicone.
