Why do you want to rebuild it?

That is a good priced kit if you can go back stock.
However, in my view the cylinder walls can show little wear, but the crank typically needs ground in LT1's over 100K. Around here a crank regrind is approx $89-129.00, cheap insurance.
I would get the kit for undersize crank and rod journals, unless you are buying a new stock journal size crank. You need to look at your crank to determine bearings needed.

Why do you want to rebuild it?
its a 9c1 motor with 175k and i'm using it in my civi caprice. rebuilding to play it safe that why i dont have to take it out when installed.
