The heat index was 107 and no air in the SS.

Started with to cans of freon added to the low side. No luck the comp didn't even start up. Also ran a jumper between the acc switch and still no luck. Before I take it to the shop and get my nose busted with a hella price just wanted to know if I was over looking anything.

How did you add 2 cans without the compressor starting? If you did, you've got a HUGE leak.

I justed started the car and turn the ac to max and added the cans. Hopeing it would start the compressor.

Ummm, ok. But, there is no way the system is going to pull in 2 cans without the compressor running. I am thinking your car was leaking it out as fast as you were putting it in.

Do you not have a set of gauges to check the high and low side pressures?

It's mandatory for doing A/C work. Without it you're just guessing at fixing the problem and doing a half assed job.

That's one hell of a leak then. Going outside to check around the compressor and fittings.

This is what i have so far...... as soon as I start the car the passenger side fans comes on, but driver side fan will come on once it reaches it's proper temp. I reached down to the comp and turn the clutch freely with no problem so it must be something else. I assume the pass side is the primary fan and driver side is the second correct me if I'm wrong. Does the primary fan supposed to run as soon as the car starts?

You are correct, and not that is not normal. Is you Check Engine light on?

If the A/C is on, the passenger fan will be on. If the A/C is off and the primary is coming on, something else is going on and you need to find out what that is. You should rarely have a situation where the secondary fan comes on, way too hot. When you say it comes on once it reaches its "proper temp", what do you mean? Are you saying that when the car goes into closed loop, the secondary fan comes on? If so, something is definitely wrong.
There is a point where you need to take it to an A/C shop for diagnosis and leak test. You don't have the equipment or knowledge to do this yourself.

let me correct myself the secondary rarely comes on unless I'm driving the car on the bypass are etc. The temp gauge stay in the middle never goes in the red.

Check the hoses that run up from the compressor to the accumulator and condenser, in particular in the area of the upper control arm. Run your fingers on the outer side of the rubber hoses, my guess is they have worn through from rubbing on the upper control arm, common issue and easy to fix if you have stock exhaust manifolds.

yeah I ran my hand felt a little notch on the hose. It probably will leak as soon as I figure out what's up with the compressor.
