Can someone tell me what that missing a/c hose is and what it needs to connect too? I wanna hook the a/c back up in my car so my daughter can enjoy the ride.

Suction line from the compressor which is part of the manifold assembly off the back of the compressor. You should find 2 lines coming off the compressor, the high pressure line runs forward to the condensor and the other line( missing in pic)
