What I have before me is a heap of a 95 BBB SS..... There is no deadline for this project, but I do have some guidlines.

Body and Frame
1. Tear down
2. Sand blast
3. Repair and replace sheet metal
4. Powder coat/ POR 15
5. Prep
6. Paint

Wheels, Brakes and Engine

1. Soda blast and finish wheels
2. Tear down brakes and suspension
3. Soda blast and powder coat brake and susp. components
4. Engine (383) stroke it!!

Interior

1. Replace and Reupholster (Black on Black on Black on Black on Black on Black on Black on Black)

Here what I got.

1995 Black SS
100,000 miles
Rough shape
New frame due to previous accident
Paid $3500 cash for it.
Plan on putting in $6-$8k

Looks good so far. Best of luck on the project.

I'm a little concerned you may have underestimated your budget though, as the 383 alone could swallow the entire $6-$8k.

Well considering I will be doing most all of the work my self, and the fact that I pulled that estimate out of my #$% cwm3. You sir are correct lol. I will probably be way over budget, at least I don't have time constraints to worry about.

Agreed, I guess I can't take the title.... :( . Your car turned out beautiful. Its a shame you had to go back and do things twice on it.

How's the underbody? With the inner fenders looking like they do, I am wondering if this car is worth the time/effort. Nobody makes replacement floorpans for these cars, so you are left with finding clean donor sheet metal, or making your own (not really a restoration at that point)..
