I just got a 09 crown Vic driveshaft to replace my stocker after an LSx/ T56 swap. All said and done, with stock control arms, and weight in the tires there was .5" more slip yoke hanging out of trans. I measured the newer aluminum about 1/4" shorter than MMC, so this seemed perfect. (55.25" center to center rather than 55.5" for MMC)
You mentioned using Moog 447 u-joints; any other tips? How's it holding up?
Thanks for the help if you're still around!
