I had a Throttle Body bored out to 52mm and over hauled, I then had a PCM programmed by PCMforLess to accommodate this upgrade. I installed both and the car doesn't seem to run/idle right. 1st off the TB seems to stick and will not return to a resting position when the car is running and get stuck slightly open and idle at about 1000rpm and if I am coasting and off the gas the rpms will range from 1300-800rpm., but when the car is off I cannot duplicate the TB being slightly open and I always returns to the resting/closed position every single time no matter how hard I try to make it stick! I must have something to do with the vacuum.

    I am baffled?!?! WTF

Where do I start of how do I diagnose this?
any thoughts or input would be great.

    Thanks in advanced!

I replaced that gasket with my original gasket from my original TB and things do seem better. Idle seems off a bit, but not consistently off. shifts are still weak, compared to the hypertech. I am also lookin to get in touch with some fellow members in the Milwaukee area.
I appreciate u puttin up with me and I thank you for the input.
