They are not the American Racing brand is all I know. I ordered them off Ebay for $1200 shipped. The lowering springs were $150, shocks $150, and another $25 for the ZQ8s.

Thanks Memphiz! Done messin with the suspension/wheels for now. Got bigger fish to fry. Need doors repainted (minus the spears), exhaust, intake, etc, etc. LOL. It never ends!!!!

iowaSSfan Took some time but I got some Proforged 1" lowering springs, Monroe SS Shocks, and ZQ8 bumpstops. Glad I took BK's advice and only went one inch. Tucks tire and looks good IMO. Any more and it would have made for a poor DD. Ride is awesome, probably mostly due to the replacement of 140k original shocks/coils. Only PIA was getting the mother Fing front shocks off. Did the back and forth till it breaks on the driver side and came right out. After 20 mins of back and forth on passenger and still no breaking, had to get a little redneck. Sawzalled through the shaft of the shock, and then welded a set of vise grips to the shaft so the bolt could be backed off. Rear took 20-30 mins with my helper. Hoping the fronts settle a little more. Heard it takes a week or so.

Close up of the rear. I know what you are thinking, now I need to center the rear tires. So just send me all the parts to do it and I will work it into my schedule. Thanks in advance.

Not a good pic, but right after we got it done and test drive. Better pics on the way when I get time to wash it up.

Heres the welded shock to vise grip. LOL

I would consider leaving it stock height or maybe just lowering it an inch.

2 inches, from what I can see, will drop you a lot over the tires. How are the roads out there?

Either way, it's badass.
Thanks BK. Roads around here are pretty crappy. After driving it for the last week too and from, I was considering only dropping it one inch as well. The car is my daily driver in the summer so I need it to be able to get around. I did finally get the wheels all cleaned up and another pic shot, so here you guys go. Please note that the crack house in the background of the pic is NOT mine.

looks good as for springs ask for some in the for sale section.
