What happens to my car if I don't change it and where is it located. And also what kind of spark plugs do I use i go platium tip in right now are there any diffferent in proformace with acdelco plug I'm thinking about changing
Your purge solenoid valve is located on the passenger side of the intake manifold. It will be mounted with one small bolt into the intake and have an electrical plug.
That bolt/bracket o nthe manifold are on the '96 only. On 94-95's, it is on the home plate braket, in the in the same area as the '96, around the middle of the passenger side of the manifold. There is a narrow metal tab you can pry up to allow the valve to be slid off of th ehome plate support bracket.
If you have a stock setup just go the AC Delco plugs and you will be just fine.
