Go here, this will get you close, this is a diagram that I drew up for people to use, it is a Viper 5901, but generally the pinouts are the same, it may help. download rev A. main difference is you have a separate relay module and the new models have the remote start relays built in to the main unit.

It should work for your 95 caprice, It worked for my 96 Impala, his diagram is very detailed.

As stated you should be good to go, there were only slight variances in between the years, but nothing that would affect an alarm install. Sorry for the delay in replying to this, I just saw it.
