Default Growl/winding sound

When I apply the brakes, I get this winding/growl sound that gets lower as speed is decreased. All 4 rotors/pads/calipers were replaced recently, but still have the noise. It also has a similar sound when turning the wheel to the right, even when turning just slightly on a right sweeping turn. The tighter the turn at speed, the louder the winding/growl is. Are the two sounds related to the same problem? Any ideas what I should look at next?

Can you turn the wheels freely by hand with the car up in the air?
Any steering problems?

Left side wheel bearings are the first thing I would check.

i have the same problem but mostly when i get my foot off the gas pedal thats when i hear it the most. i first noticed that problem when my wife ran over the curb with both wheels on one side. she said that she hit it pretty hard. i got under the car and looked around but i didnt see anything bent or out of place. i just dont know.
