his was the info I received. Caution: The pricing info is INCORRECT.

> For the 2012 ISSCA Nationals we have selected the Fairfield Inn in Troy
> Michigan as the host hotel. Due to the high demand for rooms during the
> Woodward Dream Cruise, the room rates are already exceptionally low. There

> Nationals will run August 14 thru August 18.
> Fairfield Inn Detroit Troy/Madison Heights
> 32800 Stephenson Hwy,

> (248) 588-3388
> $69 King / $69 Double, be sure to ask for the "Extended Stay Rate" *
> Please make your reservations ASAP. There is no block of rooms or special

IMHO, the parking location last year was great. The Woodward Ave. monument, easy in and out and plenty of room.
Wow Gene that sucks!!! We called on Sunday & got the room for $69.....WTF????
Sure hope it's good!!!

DonL can only hope to improve

When the information was posted it was correct. What was unexpected was how quickly rooms are booking. I didn't think to ask if the rate would change as the hotel filled up. Even at $99 a night the hotel is still competitive.

The up side is there are half a dozen hotels on the same street less than 1/4 from the host hotel. Details will be posted soon.
