WHATS A throttle body coolant delete???

|
GM routed coolant through a sleeve around the throttle plate, supposedly to keep the throttle plate from icing in severe cold. The 'delete' is just rerouting the coolant hoses and plugging up the sleeve. Nobody found the feature useful (especially not here in Texas), and it might heat up the intake air unnecessarily.
