Year, make, model, please...
What brand opti (and other parts) did you use? Did you check the vent harness for proper operation?

car is 96 Impala ss, when I changed the plugs notice #7 cylinder plug was fouled with lots of black carbon deposits could I have a leaking injector? It was the only one fouled that way! but car drove really good after plug swap then the next day missing again.

Make sure the plug connections at the Opti and the plug are secure. Pull the suspect #7 plug and inspect. Again, what brand Opti did you use?

Never heard of them. I'd try to take it back if I could, and get an AC Delco.

I think I will do that, dont like aftermarket parts anyway but ac delco was expensive! about $200 more.
