Yes you did Walt, and that idea originated from an economist, not me. Provide a cheaper and more effective alternative idea, otherwise it stands as valid.

The standard alternative seems to be to eliminate anything beyond bicycles, wash clothes and dishes by hand, and getting rid of internal combustion engines of any sort; but I don't see any rush of environmentalists joining the Amish.

Actually, water vapor is a powerful GHG.

The effect of IR attenuation due to cloud overcasts has not really been shown to model well, or at least it has been problematic. While it will in the short term reflect some energy, the clouds will eventually sublimate, and all that water vapor may then be leveraged by heating CO2 action. At any rate, as a solution, it has not seen much love. But then, solutions are non existent at this point anyway. Who knows, maybe it would help drought conditions inland?

I tried this. I got a spray nozzle on my hose and shot it in te air for an hour. The result was a definite drop in air temps.

Maybe next Earth Day we can ALL join together around the world at 3:00 PM GMT and shoot water in the air to help cool the planet!

If nothing else, it will show Mother Nature we are SERIOUS about cooling the earth.

The biggest cause of globull warming is the hot air expelled by these "experts". The second leading cause is the wasted energy running around convincing others.

This whole thing is a con job. Throw all the cooked up numbers and data you want, people with an ounce of common sense aren't buying this snow job. And every day the numbers in the congregation drop as they see that the High Priests are really kooks.

IIRC it's the most powerful GHG. Maybe we should just ban clouds? C02 is pretty low on the list of powerful GHG's. And like I already said, it releases heat energy faster than most if not all others. Which is in direct contrast of it's alleged heat retention causing global warming.
