time to shave all of this



this is the metal to fill it then i will use a little filler to make it smooth



so im going to do this mod also and i dont think im going to take the skin off and then weld it back up. what im going to do why i have all the tools is make a new molding and out of metal and then weld it up and then use a little bit of filler and make it smooth



and why the car is getting painted i took these off and just painted them as well.


the welding rod should be here thursday guys and then il be welding all this up friday and monday but then in to primer next week then paint... i will have 4-sale soon a hood, bumpers ( front and back ) stock and then the stock spoiler. and they will all be black and new paint pm me

same thing just cut to size



this is what it will look like once welded and filler...

welding starts tomorrow on front and rear fenders and then all the shaving and bottom of doors

thank you sir. im going to get the 2in hood from summit and the smooth bumpers then today i should be picking up the duck tail looking spoiler. but im going to cut the ends off the spoiler and make end caps so its just on the trunk and thats it. they used to make them that way but i cant find them anymore so il make it myself

so are you welding in new metal? Why didn't you just use some metal ready filler?

its the silicon bronze. and i did that bc it will nvr fall out crack or anything and the metal filler is not CHEAP and can crack later down the road and it was something new so why not try it...

kool... I've done the silica bronze the fill small pin holes.

yeah im just using it to build it up and then use filler. but its nice bc it burns at a cooler temp... did you use MIG or TIG
