Default Weather stripping causing headliner to get wet

Rained hard the other day and noticed my headliner towards the front where the visors sit was moist looking but since I didn't get in it till two days after it rained it might have been a lot wetter. Weather stripping from my "eyes" didn't look to be the problem but don't know what else it could be.

Can I just buy weather stripping from the local auto parts store and use a silicone adhesive or do I take it to the pros? guess I'm gonna have to replace the headliner sooner than later

You could have a rust hole behind the top reveal molding for the windshield. Another thing you can do is remove the top molding over the doors, and check for rust holes. Water always migrates downward, unless there is a lot of wind.

Old mechanic's saying: If it doesn't work, hit it with a hammer...if it still doesn't work, use a bigger hammer...if it breaks, it needed replaced anyway.
