Toying with a new mod. As the title says looking to purchase a 3 gauge A pillar Pod.....anyone have one?

I take it you just use some SEM grey to paint it?
Also in my search some people were saying that this screws into the existing plastic A pillar or does it replace it and you just screw it in?

One is supposed to attach it,but I did away with the original all together after first removing the little "tail" that extends down between the dash/door. This gives one more room to work,run wires,etc,etc...
