The truckstop is a good, safe functional place, but there has been a shady past. Some sex type operation is busted every year it seems operating in the parking lot...truckers need love too, and whose to not look for something new other than a greased leather glove

Well I'm back up here. Think the low tomorrow is going to be 8° and of course the jobsite is a big metal building with no heat. I guess I shouldn't complain too much because at least it will block out the 20 mph winds.
If anyone is in the area leave a message, maybe we could meet up and BS.

what do you do?i used to do hvac ,and they were all unheated....until we were done

Hah, lived there for less than a year, then quit that job and moved elsewhere
 So can't really tell you what to do, I know the bar scene in Rock Island down by the river is pretty happening, but that is all that I can offer. Have fun.

wish i'd seen this before. you coulda went to cordova dragway back in july. today till three you can go here. not a very big show but better than nuttin. my buddy has his forum boot there, QCAAF
 Friday 1pm to 10 pm (Military Day, no admission charge) Saturday 10AM to 10PM Sunday 10Am to 3 PM
