Default Whatever happened to Frank aka Reconditioner?

Tried searching and came up empty. I even tried TheReconditioner. Anyone know where he is, if he still has the wagon? Lorne?

Still has the reconditioning and auto sales business in Spring Lake as far as I know. I don't know if he still has the wagon. He was selling some of his cars a while ago.

Frank is doing well,we spent a couple of days at his place last summer. He is a dealer as well now.

He still has his wagon,I waved the $$ for it when I sold yours Mike, but he just couldn't let it go.

He has a mint, mint, mint SS camaro convertible, and a DCM SS that he calls a winter car.

If I over exaggerated the MINT Part,I noticed the shifter was covered with a small cloth bag. When I mentioned it,he laughed and said the original one was in the house,Thats Frank.

He has been thru some tough times, but when we spoke recently he was funny as heck and looking forward to using the wagon more.

If you want his number,PM me,he claims he is too busy for the forum now.

No need for the number, he wouldn't know me from Adam. Just thinking about things and people I've come to "know" here and thought about him and his beautiful wagon. And I still love the clear garage door on his shop. Just too cool if you ask me. Anyway, he seemed like a great guy, you spoke well of him, he has an awesome wagon, and I just wondered how they were. Send my regards next time you see him.

Smile Whatever happened to Frank aka Reconditioner?

That's funny, I just asked Silverfox a couple of days ago about Frank. He was such a big part of the wagon thing that I really noticed his absence. He is a great guy and funny as hell. I'm glad to hear that he's doing O.K. It's also great to hear that he didn't sell his wagon. I hope his parents still have their wagons too. The last time we talked was at Wagonfest 2009.

I had the chance to stop at Franks last year as well. He seems to be enjoying the car dealer business, but it does keep him jumping.

The other vehicle in his garage was a beautiful Suburban of 80's vintage (I think) that was a very rare truck, i think it is a diesel. I do not remember all the specs, Mtrhead79 will remember. You can eat off any surface of all of these cars.
