remove stickon emblem

I looked in the shop manual and to remov emblems you must insert a thin fishing line betwen the emblem and move it up and down like a sawing motion. Then once you get it off then you must remove the adhesive with a orange solvent.

i just hope that the paint is not dark under the emblems but will start with heat and fishing line got lots of that

i used a heat gun ,goo gone,and my wife's thumbs.didnt hurt a bit.mines dggm and the beltline wasnt visibly darker under the trim.
