Just checked my FSM and it said 100ftlbs and this seemed a bit high, wasn't there an issue with the book being wrong ? I did a search but came up empty. Any help ?

I torque all my wheels to 100 ft lbs.
Technically, fastener torque value is lb ft, not ft lbs.....as shown in the FSM.

FSM CAUTION: "Never use oil or grease on wheel bolts or wheel nuts. Tighten the wheel nuts with your fingers until they are snug. Then, tighten the wheel nuts (in star pattern/sequence) to the specified torque......"

Wasn't there a TSB about the lug nuts being over torqued at the factory ? Maybe that is why I was thinking the book was wrong......
