Anyone know the weight difference between the stock crossmember and the this one?

I imagine that the tubular crossmember provides better rigidity than stock?
Also anyone running long tubes with this crossmember? ClearImage told me there may be some interference with the crossmember and their Quad-1 headers w/ export pipes, but it looks like this piece is significantly less invasive. Any thoughts?
