So my Sprint springs have become weak. I need to find a new set of fronts and rear springs. I checked out the sticky at the top of this section but most of the links are dead and some of the manufactures are no longer in bushiness.
What does everyone run? I would like to keep the car sightly lowered. No more than 1.5"s in the front. 1" is what I would like. I have Airlift A1000 bags in the rear. Sagging with weight should not be a problem since I can add more PSI to the bags and level the car out. Thanks in advance!

Eyeballing a set of QA1 springs. PN 5243.
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/HA...CE&prefilter=1 Anyone have any experience with them? EDIT: A friend recommends these shocks for use with the above QA1 springs. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/KON-80401087/ http://www.summitracing.com/parts/KON-80401088/

Hotchkis springs are a 1-1.25" drop, most guys are running them with the 1104/0929 heavy duty Bilsteins

Thanks for the reply. I am going to do some more research about the Hotchkiss springs.

So I called QA1 on my lunch break. Turns out that the QA1 springs offered for the Impala SS are Edelbrock's left over stock. Re-branded as QA1.
Some specs they gave me on them are: Front extended 14-3/8" Front Compressed 9.38" Rear Travel 7.5" Figured I'd pass along the info. I'm moving onto another selection other than QA1 5243's Anyone run anything other than the Hotchkis and 1104/0929 heavy duty Bilstein combo?

Well despite the lack of info to be found on the QA1 stuff I ordered them. Turns out I misheard the guy at QA1. They are re-branded Eibach springs. came in an Eibach box and everything. Figures that's why searches failed. The car feels AWESOME! The rear of the car feels like its attached to the front of the car now. The Koni Shocks are set like so: Rears have 1.5 turns out and the fronts are set at 3/4 turn out.
The car is slightly lower than stock. Much higher than what I had before. I can clear most business entrances and speed bumps now ![]() All in all, I do recommend these products. They work great on my 9C1 SS clone.
