I have a 94 Caprice wagon with 207xxx miles. I was driving down the road today with no problems until my car just sputtered and stalled. I pulled over and still had all interior electric so I put it in park and tried to start it and nothing at all. Once I towed it home I checked all the fuses underhood and by the drivers door and all were good. So I got the test light and pulled the crank fuse and when I put it on the bottom pin where the fise was and turn the key the light comes on, when I put it on the top pin and turn they key the car turns over and starts for a few seconds and then shuts off. Im guessing it shuts off because the VATS also isnt grounded or powered. Where should I begin?

You can begin by doing a search in the engine section using the search terms "car wont start" , "car wont crank" , etc. You will get lots of info on what to check.
Also did you make sure you had gas? Dumb question, i know, but still had to ask just in case. Check fuel pressure. Most importantly do a search for tons more info. You will get the info a lot quicker than waiting for a reply
