That's why we have the three branches of goverment, with that little thing called the "checks and balances". So one man is not in power to do whatever he wants.

Correct me if I'm wrong but with Communism there is no private property, the government owns the economy, and no one can have an economic monopoly. The mentality behind Communism is to keep the corporations from having too much political control...

A Supreme court who rules on constitutionality, not form of government. - Check

So we have one man, who can push darn near anything he wants through congress, and the things he wants to do are downright scary.

Remember the ACORN voter intimidation at the polls? Now the same people in charge of the Census.
Americorps? Great idea, why do they need a civilian police/military?

gone long ago. you can "own" it. they tell you what and how to build. how much land you can clear, vacate you off your land if they deem it necessary and force you to sumbit to the whims of your neighbor.
