Barring the gain in MPH in the 1/8 from; 83ish to 89 mph..
Getting tangable displayable results from the headers has proven to be difficult Murphy has headed me off at every turn in my journey *it's really funny and ironic if you know me and the car in person. *every little detail is checked re checked and done as nicely as possible. *yet Muerphy has it out for me. J5 has be plauged with misadventure and inverse luck since 2010 Or maybe I's my luck not the cars... Whatever it is... it.. is not fun back to progress Well I ordered another round of pricey parts. -Comp Cams 15850-16 Short travel SBC/LT/LS Hyd Roller Race lifters -Injector Dynamics ID725 fuel injectors Spent some time last week and tore off the intake manifold. But my career keeps gettin in the way

need to put in the injectors and lifters in J5 and redyno
But, its 100F in Orange today :-( this weekend I welded for 16 hours on my buddies 65 Chevelle frame I'm totaly blown out! Plus I got to go do errands today.

UPDATE
-Chevelle project is at a stopping point for the next 8 months. -Sept & Oct will be crazy, going to visit Allen in TN, Sema in Vegas, Autocross in cochella -J5 drives! new ID725s work great, as do the 15850 lifters -engine jumps with the tinyest throttle, BUT it seems like the converter or trans is not putting the power down feels slow! -time to head back to the dyno

More Progress
-relashed the valve / lifter preload running -switched back to MNK TR6 4177s plugs -deleted the accusump i/o for the time being -raised the themostat temp -new lokar locking dipstick -pulled all the intake studs *found 3 with oil right thru to the intake runner now I need a lack of rain to alighn with time off of work to test
