big setback got pulled over an got my license took cuz my stupid lawyer never went to court for me. going to kick his ass 2maro
heres a review i left for him on a website i met this "lawyer" at chicken box on n tryon, and he took my money wrote out a recipt an said everything will be taken care of and like the other review, i received a letter saying that my license would be taken cuz he had not shown up for ANY of the court dates called again an he said "it will be taken care of today an sure enough i got pulled over again an they said he didnt go to any dates. an they took my license. keith c. booker is a crook. none of the numbers are working all have full voice mails.....hmmm wonder why? the last time i spoke with anybody his secretary said he would call me back that was 2 weeks ago..TOO LITTLE TOO LATE! i am filing papers with the bar assoc right now to get his license revoked because this is unacceptable to take peoples money an not do ANYTHING he says in the papers he sent. if your reading this mr booker i want my 255$ back.

Sadly its not as simple as that, you make a complaint , they send you an official complaint form or you download it, send it back with all your documentation ect, and correspondence with the lawyer, he is given a time frame to respond ect.
You will get your money back im sure, but the responsibility to appear in court still falls on you man. hopefully the prosecutor and judge will grant you favor because of the circumstances, but its not guarranteed.

i left a message on his vmail an said he betta call me back b4 the nc bar assoc. did an he came an got my ticket an said its all good. i called an made sure he did what he was supose to do this time an he did, said ill have my license back by wed coming
