Default Strange sticker in my 9c2 door jamb

Wow what the hell is a 9c2 lol typo

It has some foreign language on it. What is it and why is it on my Chevrolet?

I ran my vin and didn't come up with anything strange.

I just noticed the vin on this sticker doesn't match my car.

Here is the Saudi Arabian export vin if anyone is interested in checking it out.

The last 6 of my vin are 121001, 1 digit off. I assume this sticker was applied to my car by mistake at the GM factory.

The mismatched sticker deal is not unheard of. If I remember right, B body drag racing guru Karl Ellwein had a similar issue with the SPID on the trunk of his SS.

HI anybody know is it possible to buy this type sticker ( i have exprot caprice `91) - i just painted whole car and they forgotten to cover it.... damn...
