The long black hose in simply's pic that runs along the pass. side valve cover is what goes to the top port on the t.b. I think it may be discontinued, however. Here is a pic of the hose that connects to the middle port, another part that may be difficult to find I believe:http://shbox.com/1/1995_evap.jpg It's marked #5 in the pic. The silver thing sticking out of the valve cover looks like a pcv valve. Get rid of that, here is where your pcv is supposed to be:

I hope some of this helps you get back on the road.

Default Thanks for the help...

The silver outlet on the valve cover (correct me if that's not the valve cover) is what Simply has his passenger side top TB outlet hosed to, but I never had anything on it. Nonetheless, I am sure I can pull that hose from a junkyard at the very least. Same with the middle port. What is the part numbered as 7?

All in all, what I've gathered is...
Passenger Side of TB:
-Top to (valve cover outlet?)
-Middle to top Outlet on Number 7 (Now that I look at it, I think that's the vapor can solenoid)
-Bottom is Correct
Driver Side of TB
-Vacuum Capped
Reservoir:
-Front capped/sealed.
-Back still to be confirmed?

I just noticed this properly...would hose 1 be to the reservoir? If so, where do 2 and 3 go to?

Hose 3 goes to the heater core.

Hose 2 Ts off to the overflow tank.

Hose 1 goes to the water pump.

That's all the "top" hose - top tube on both the pump and the heater core.

The "bottom" hose - bottom tube on both the pump and heater core - also has the restrictor in the line.

If you look around here on the forum, you will see lots of Engine Pics and hopefully get an idea of what you are looking for. I would be sure to go over everything real well in that Engine compartment. One thing that really stood out to me was the pass. side valve cover.

There is a PCV valve in there that should not be there. That fitting should be a plastic elbow, then a open hose feeding into the TB. I used a Filter/Breather on the Valve Cover to cut down on oil getting into the TB. The PCV Valve should be on the Drv. Side of the intake manifold right between injectors 3 & 5.

I had the Good Year Hi-Milers on my car for a year or 2. I was real happy with how they fit and looked. But after a short period of time, they seemed to fad quickly and I took them off. Wasn't happy with how they faded and decided to go with some 9C1 hoses. There is also another set made by Samco but they cost $250 - $300 for the set.

@4doorss...I've looked, but pictures doesn't explain what I'm asking. I'm asking for a definitive end to end location, so I know where each piece goes and why. Not much point in me just matching a picture, if I don't understand why it has to be right. Example being that outlet on the bottom of the TB is hosed in some pictures and capped in others.

You can leave it hosed as it is, or you can do the "t.b. bypass", which is explained here:

Hopefully this helps, and doesn't confuse you more.

Default Now I'm with ya

Thanks guys...all I need now is a picture of where that middle passenger side outlet on the TB leads to. Bottom on my car is correct, and the top hose I'll need to pull from somewhere.

Also, 4doorss mentioned I shouldn't have a PCV valve on that valve cover. What should be there under the hose/elbow in Simply's picture? Just a hole for the elbow maybe? Would this replace it:

Can somebody link to me to a specific hose I can replace that with if one is available, from advance auto or autozone maybe?

Major thanks to everybody for their help, it's greatly appreciated.

Here is a pic of the middle hose:
It plugs into the top port of the evap solenoid. The filter you have linked will work. That's what I have on mine, and it'll keep some crud out of the t.b. Someone else said they were going to post some pics, hopefully this will help.

okay sorry for the delay. Wife kept me pretty busy today and didn't get to work in the garage till late this evening.

Here is a picture of the "T" fitting you will need.

This is a picture of the restrictor. It basically looks like a plastic fuel filter on the outside and inside has a smaller hole than the diameter of the hoses. The idea is that under high RPM you could blow the heater core. I know people who have removed this restrictor and have heavy duty engines and have had no problems. There have been reports of people destroying their heater cores by removing it. Your call.

Looks like my opening was left uncapped.

I do need to replace this vacuum hose that goes to the evap solenoid though...
