Default Anything exciting to do in Davenport, IA/ Moline, IL?
I get to take another exciting business trip up to Davenport, IA/ Moline, IL area on Friday/Saturday. If I recall correctly, that area is just like the rest of IL... I should be up there around 2PM or so Friday and don't have to be at the jobsite till Saturday morning. Just looking for something to do rather than chill at the hotel and find a local craiglist's personal ad to come over and suck on my toes. I know I won't be driving my Imp up there. (I'm sure Enterprise is going to set me up with a nice Prius) Wasn't sure if anyone who lived up there could recommend anything for a Friday night.

Iowa 80 truckstop s the place. Go to the farthest corner booth and order steak and eggs with mashed potatoesfor dinner. The waitress will arrange your parking lot entertainment. Leave a $20 tip.
