Default hesitation when accelerating

I just rebuilt the trans in the 95 caprice but after reinstalling the trans the car hesitates, skip, and just drives like its not gettin fuel, and it's not throwing any check engine codes. I put my fuel pressure guage on it and it was reading 50lb of pressure,WTF. Then I unpluged the passenger side O2 sensor and it ran with no problem except for it having a lil loppy idle. So now I have a engine code for the unpluged O2 sensor. Should i just install a new O2 sensor in the passenger side, the 2 on the car don't have over 9000 miles on them. But I did have a exhaust leak for a long time on the passenger side which i just fixed when i put the trans back in. Wat do I have going on?
