Unhappy brake booster replacment

I bought a brake booster because, you can hear air comming out underneath the dash, and breaking sucks while driving. I'm trying to figure out if brake fluid is connected between the brake booster and master cylinder .also if new booster can be installed without draining brake fluid.

Default

unbolt master cylinder and move to side. The booster has no connection to the fluid.

Default brake booster replacment

Or,gently pull it straight forward. Securing it with some string to the core-support,or ABS unit. It's easier to set the booster in place if master cylinder isn't "dancing" around.
