I recently bought a set of NOS Impala SS rims (part number 12495438...each box has a rim, a center cap, 5 lug nuts and a valve stem in it) from a guy I know that had bought them back in the late 90s and put them up and never used them. Honestly I have no idea what they are worth. I cant seem to find anymore for sale anywhere. I had planned to put them on our Impala but it only has 43K miles and the wheels are in great condition...it actually seems like a waist to replace them.
Here are pics of the NOS wheels (3 are still sealed in the box)....I opened this one to make sure they were what they were supposed to be: ![]() ![]() ![]()

NOS? What's that?
In any case, a new set of 4 Impala SS Rims sold for about $650 when they were still available from GM. KW

I can't tell you their worth today, when new I bought a couple at $135-150 range each as they were being blown out of GM inventory.

I have the reciept where they where just under $700 15 years ago...I would think they are worth quite a bit more today since theres no another set I can find anywhere for sale.
I am just trying to get an idea of what to ask for them before putting them up for sale. |

Simpson came across a set last year and he had very very few bites at the price you bought them for. Only someone doing a full restoration on a impala won't hesitate coughing it up .
Not to discourage you as I won't sell it under what I paid them for but it all depends how bad you are trying to move them out. |
