Default Any runners up in here?

I went out for 12 miles this morning.
-1 F, with wind chill at -15 F.
Could someone please organize an intervention?

Man, do I NOT want to become you. I run only a 10k (pretty much) daily.
.
.
.
.
But, it's on a nice cushioned treadmill.
.
.
.
.
In my nice 60 degree basement.
.
.
.
Watching nice home improvement and traveling shows.

Why not intervene yourself and just cut back to the point where you notice your running is helping you get layed.

haha.....looks familiar!

Oh yeah - runner here.
I'm lazy right now though, not training for anything, so my limit for casual running is about +10
But if I needed a 12-miler, I'll take -1 deg over a treadmill ANY day!
I have a really good treadmill that I got for my daughter when she ran h/s CC & track, but running on that thing for me is mental torture!

Car Frozen?

All jokes aside, I used to run a couple miles every weekend when I was in Cali. But since I got to GA, I havent ran at all. Then again I work a lot, 70-90+ hours a week.
