"LS" (not the engine)
My grandfather bought this car presumably as a program car (8,xxx miles) in 1993. It's an L03, no Posi, 2.56:1 gears, LS-trim, cloth-seat car with a tape deck. He and my grandmother took many road trips in it before she passed away. When Grandpa died in January 2018 -- just a few weeks after his 100th birthday -- nobody else in the family had any interest in the car so it was given to me. 1993 is the last of the six "bubble" years I would want to own but the sentimental value meant it was important to not have the car sold out of the family.
1993 Chevrolet Caprice (old man tan)
Many maintenance / wear items were replaced in 2018 to make the car safe to drive. I'll need to get a full list when I have access to the paperwork.
I bought 2S Manufacturing armrest savers mostly because the door panels are not yet cracked and I'd like to keep it that way!
