1995 9C1 LT1 185,000 Miles (air pump not yet gone, but will be)

Took the car to the local engine rebuilder to have listen for a really annoying ticking sound (u all know it). Diagnosed not as a lifter but as the exhuast manifold itself or brokens bolts, of course.

The car is full police and I don't want it to be loud especially at an idle. I will be doing a full exhaust sytem from the manifold back. In BC there is no air care so all the cats are coming off.

So lets get started with the manifolds/gaskets. What are the most expensive/best I can get?

Any stock replacement head- manifold gasket will work fine, as long as all broken bolts are repaired. Same goes for the gasket @ the manifold-cat connection.
