Need to sell my 95 9C1 Caprice.

The car is located in Columbus, Ohio.

The car has about 200k miles (I've owned since I think 2003 and put over 100k miles on it).

It is white, still has push bar (Lectric Lights Co) and spot light. Spot light probably needs restoration/replacement/removal.

It was parked a couple of years ago because it needed brake lines (rear). Front brakes still worked. I started/drove it up and down the street regularly until the battery died probably about a year ago. Now it won't hold a charge but will jump start. I'll probably grab a new battery soon, just so I can move it and hopefully keep the tires from getting flat spots.

The car was a daily driver, probably for longer than it should have been, but it got me where I needed to go. In fact, if stopping wasn't so important, it probably still would be getting me to where I need to go.

Aside from brake lines, the Good and bad, as I remember at the time it was parked, are as follows:
-Rear quarters are rusted through and clear coat is peeling in some areas.
-Engine still started and ran well (I always changed oil regularly and maintained it). If I remember it had a slight hesitation upon acceleration, but otherwise still got up and went without skipping a beat.
-At one point there was a coolant leak, I think maybe a loose connection at one of the hoses. I might have corrected it, but honestly don't remember.
-Water pump and optispark were replaced relatively recently.
-Power steering pump (and I think lines) were replaced somewhat recently but there was still a small leak somewhere in the system.
-Transmission was rebuilt probably 75k miles ago and still operated normally.
-The steam tube (think that's what it's called) along the back of the engine got a hole, so I had some fittings and tubing and fabricated my own solution. Not saying it's perfect, but seems to have gotten the job done, it could probably be fine-tuned but works.
-Tires are pretty new, I bet there's only around 5-7k miles on them (they are Kuhmo Solus 235/70R15 on stock police rims and holding air well, I haven't had to put air in them since parked).
-The headlight dimmer switch has been replaced a few times and needs to be properly reinstalled (at one point I needed lights "right away" to get home, so it's just off to the side, not actually installed on the column. If I keep it I'd end up putting the upgraded headlight wiring harness available online (forget from who, but I'm sure many people on board know what I mean)).
-The hood release latch broke so I use a pair of vice grips.
-I believe brake calipers, pads, and rotors are all relatively new.
-The parking brake hasn't worked for a long time.
-Moog problem solver kit was installed (professionally) and I made sure to lube at each oil change.
-I think it had a small oil leak at the rear main seal. Not a lot, but one of those items I would keep an eye on at each oil change.
-There's probably other small things as well I can't think of right now, so please ask with any questions.
-Due to it sitting, I'm really not sure how condition has changed from what I last remember, above. For someone with more free time than I, you could take an afternoon and probably knock out a bunch of minor items that need to be repaired/corrected.

I can provide more info/pictures if anyone is interested.

Price?
At this point I'd take $500 just to reclaim my driveway.

I know it's not a show car, but if someone with more time than I wants a "beater" that is fun and still has some life (maybe something to slowly work/improve/practice body work on), I'm sure there are worse options out there.

Please PM me (Garrett) with any questions. I'll try to monitor this post as well. The car is in Columbus, OH.

Any interest at a lower price? I'm open to offers.

I'd like to reclaim my driveway and see someone get some sort of use out of the car. I'd like to tinker and get the car back to driver status (really just needs brake lines to do so) but don't see myself having the time.

If the weather breaks I'll try to grab a photo or two.

The city recently informed me they don't take kindly to unregistered vehicles in my driveway. So more motivated than ever.

Offer something above scrap value I'll probably take it.

Here are two quick pictures.

Let me know what else you want to see. I can grab closeups etc... It got a bath today. I'll try to get an updated photo when the sun cooperates.

Planning on checking fluid levels and firing it up later this week.

The spot on passenger door was treated with a rust inhibitor. It started as a small bubble before I owned the car. It kept slowly growing until one day I chipped away at the bubble and that's what was left.
