I am looking for a 1996 Chevrolet Impala SS - BB passenger's side window regulator. Any direction to finding the part or regulator and motor assembly package would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, this is what Chevrolet tells me. My motor is good, but I would buy a regulator/motor package if I could find one.

Thanks to many of you for suggestions about the passenger's side window regulator. Chevrolet was wrong in their assessment about the regulator, all it needed was rollers. FYI took the car to Don's Mobile Glass in Modesto, and it was a one-day fix. It's as good as new. $200.00

Thanks to all about the help.

I also found a wheel reconditioning place in Livermore and a guy that does factory replacement of upholstery, complete jobs only no parting out, seat here, seat there in Modesto.

You were right, it was only the rollers. Chevrolet didn't know what they were talking about!
