2011 nationals dream cruise

pretty hyped especially coming from way up here, a little nervous not knowing anyone other then board names. but still looking forward to coming down, just hope i can fix the little issues concerning my imp in time.


btw thanks to whomever for getting my membership card it finally came in last week

waking up for the dream cruise is like waking up for Christmas when your a kid. i get excited about it every year. it will be a good time rain or shine

I won't be staying at the host hotel and wondering what time cars can be set up for the show on Saturday?

Excited for sure. And brings up a good point, how in the hell will we know anyone, besides there cars, I guess my avatar has my pic and all and who could miss the Kahuna, are we going to have name badges that have, I am this ass hole from the forum LOL. Just curious I am sure that we will figure it out. Who cares anyway, I guess, good times and good people that is all that matters.

Car Show is on Friday.

Dream Cruise is Saturday. Regulars will show up at 7am, but our spots are reserved. The only fixed time is lunch 12:30p.

Some events are planned to happen at night. Whatever nights were not doing an event, ill be out and about. Id love to see a line of Impala's and Caprice's going down woodward.

Of all the B-body events I've been to in the last 8 years I don't believe we've "gone out" more than two or three times. A bar in Daytona, a strip joint in Vegas, fireworks in downtown Indy, etc. Out cruzin a few early evenings before getting too wasted, but not many. After a full day of b-body hyperactivity most folks are whooped. The parking lot at the host hotel is ALWAYS where it's happening at night. Any of you MI yankees got access to some steel plate? (so we don't screw up the hotel parking lot too bad)

I hope its as fun as its hyped up too be!

Don it's just a plate big enough to do burnouts on so we don't trash the hotel parking lot. So the width of the ass of a wagon plus about 2 feet on each side and about 8 feet long would do.

Or, we can use that abandoned auto-x lot.
